  2. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the India. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if we are unable to deliver to your location at this time.

  3. Processing Time: 

    Welcome! If you are new here don't worry we’ll explain everything! All products are made on order. We are a small team and have a made to order items you can purchase on the website. Order processing usually takes 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  4. Shipping Time: Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to reach its destination after it has been shipped. Once the order is processed, delivery within 14 business days can be expected. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping address.

  5. Shipping Timeframe: The minimum delivery time for orders is 14 business days. The maximum delivery time for orders is 28 business days.

  6. Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping for all orders. 

  7. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This will enable you to track the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to get real-time updates.

  8. Order Delay: In any case your order gets delay DO NOT WORRY. It is at the final stages. And will get out for shipment soon. 

  9. Order Status Updates: We don’t send regular updates during the process and production of your order. Details and updates will be only shared at the time of shipment. Feel free to contact us to get order updates. You will receive notifications when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will promptly inform you and provide assistance.

  10. International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  11. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

  13. For Updates :- We don’t share regular updates about the orders. We will share the tracking and details of order while dispatching the shipments. At the mentioned time. Details will be shared via email
