Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order to maintain efficiency and ensure the best experience for our customers, we have implemented a No Return and Refund Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds for any orders placed with us.

  1. No Returns: We do not accept returns for any products purchased from Zorowear. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final and cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind or personal preference.

    • Incorrect size or fit.

    • Unwanted gifts.

    • Dissatisfaction with the color, style, or design.

    • Any other non-defective or non-damaged reason.

  2. No Refunds: As a part of our No Return and Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for any orders placed with Zorowear. All sales are final, and once an order is placed and delivered, no refunds will be issued, except in the following circumstances:

    • Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the order. We will assess the situation and provide you with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  3. Product Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure the highest quality of our products before they are shipped to our customers. Our quality control team carefully inspects each item to minimize the possibility of defective or damaged products being delivered.

  4. Size and Fit Information: We provide detailed size charts and fit information on our website to assist you in choosing the correct size for your clothing items. Please refer to these resources before placing an order to ensure the best fit possible. For exchange sizes you can DM us on whatsapp with the order number and the size you want to exchange. The Reverse Shipping charges and The second package shipping charges will be applicable. 

  5. Exceptions: This policy does not affect your statutory rights or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

  7. Order Cancellations :- ₹500 per product will be charged while making cancellation of your order. You have 24hrs for order cancellations without any charges.
